HR Officer

Core Responsibilites:
  • Performing searches for qualified candidates according to the required Job criteria, using databases, internet recruiting resources, social media & employee referrals.
  • Screening CVs, Phone interviews, Personal Interviews, prepare reports and shortlisting the accepted candidates.
  • Coordinate and attend the employment fairs to market for the Company and collect applications.
  • Contact and visit the different clients to get updates on their recruitment needs on a regular basis
  • Work on any HR job required for the client (Re-organization, Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation, Performance Evaluation, Case studies, gathering information from the Clients’ premises…etc.

Training Officer

Core Responsibilites:
  • Prepare courses material, attend and carry out course evaluation and statistics.
  • Event planning and management for training conferences.
  • Work with Training Instructors and clients to conduct participant outreach, giving special attention to participant needs.
  • Summarize evaluation reports for trainings and providing outcomes.
  • Supporting administrative functions of training program and staff, as needed. This includes: correspondence with training participants and clients, data entry, scheduling, booking travel, etc.
  • Develop and monitor Training programs in the market.
  • Directs the design and distribution of surveys, interviews and questionnaires for conducting training needs assessments.
  • Communicate with diverse audiences (e.g., employees, agencies, etc.) to provide information and clarification regarding training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BSC University degree
  • Should not be older than 30 years.
  • 3+ years of Experience in a General HR Job
  • Some experience in Marketing/Sales is an asset.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office is a must
  • Residence location preferably in New Cairo or Heliopolis.
  • Males, military service completed or exempted.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English language.
  • An additional language is an asset.
